On behalf of America's Mayor, I'd like to thank each and every member of Westchester's "Team Rudy" for all of their support! You gave your time, you braved the ice, the cold and spent time away from your families. You worked for a cause, not to help yourselves, but to help every American. We needed a new direction and you responded. You are great Americans!

I would also like to thank Mayor Giuliani for his incredible devotion and commitment to the Republican Party and our entire Nation. As New York’s Favorite Son, he traveled the country communicating his positive vision for the future of our great Nation and the free world.

We are very proud of Rudy and look forward to the important role he will continue to play in the future of our Party, State and Nation.

Given Rudy's recent decision, we are happy to announce that we urge every supporter of Rudy to support Senator McCain!

From the beginning of our collective work here at Team Rudy, the question was never that we did not respect, honor or doubt the ability of Senator McCain to be a great American President. Rather, having witnessed firsthand the dedication, ability and leadership skills exhibited by Rudy on behalf of every New Yorker, he was and remains our Favorite Son.

As we have clearly declared on this site and the streets of Westchester and New Hampshire, the movement to support Rudy was based upon the simple propositions that this election is about good government, not destructive partisan fighting, good policies as contrasted with politics as usual. Senator McCain, like Rudy, embodies these ideals.

Senator McCain has proven himself to be a leader with the experience necessary to lead our Nation during troubled times. His unwavering commitment to winning the war on terror, stimulating the economy, limiting government and ensuring that our families are safe from dangers at home and abroad reflect the needs of New Yorkers and people across the country.

He will be an outstanding President of the United States, and we urge every citizen of New York and the rest of the Nation to support him.

Thanks again,

Brian G. Maloney

Why Westchester 4 Rudy 2008?

Over the last year, the voicing of the deep discontent felt by nearly all citizens, be they republicans, democrats, independents or non-affiliated voters, all sick and tired of the same old names offering the same old empty promises, has grown from a whisper to a shout, particularly here in Westchester County. Career politicians and Washington insiders with aspirations of power have filed into our State and, promising everything to everybody, have tried hard to persuade each of you that they are best qualified to be the next President of the United States.

From our personal perspectives, this year there is no more important question facing our State and every American than who will lead our great Nation in the coming years. Because we are New Yorkers first and foremost, there were many here in Westchester who were not content to abide by the political status quo, nor could we forget the good works and tremendous efforts expended by Rudy Giuliani on behalf on all of the people of New York. When the great New Yorker, Governor and President of the United States, Teddy Roosevelt spoke on the responsibility of our citizenry to be engaged in the political process, he was often quoted as saying: “to sit home, read one's favorite paper, and scoff at the misdeeds of the men who do things is easy, but it is markedly ineffective. It is what evil men count upon the good men's doing."

It was with those sentiments in mind that here in Westchester a small group of local community leaders, citizens, moms and dads, grandmothers and grandfathers, decided that the question as to who was the best person to serve all of the people of the United States as its next President was quite simple to answer: New York's Favorite Son, Mayor Rudy Giuliani. Since January 2007, that group of people has grown. Today, I am happy to report that we have a growing base of over 1,200 volunteers from Westchester County and the Hudson Valley, which represents an unheralded grassroots rising of citizens demonstrating their support for a political candidate.

This web site is dedicated to the Rudy supporters in Westchester County so that they can learn what events are coming up and how they can help elect the next President of the United States. The movement to support Rudy is based upon the simple propositions that this election is about good government, not destructive partisan fighting, good policies as contrasted with politics as usual. The message in Westchester and the Hudson Valley is clear: Rudy has been tested, and he is ready, now, to be the next President of the United States. Please make your vote count this Primary (February 5, 2008) and Election Day.
